Great Location!

My family, to include our pet were very pleased with our condo and location! The condos in general are older, but our condo was well kept and clean! Stocked with all necessities. The grounds and open grassy areas were perfect for dog walks. The pool and pier were easily accessible and convenient!

This particular unit served it's purpose. Nice pier to fish. Communication with management was great. Very responsive. The unit was not up to what we expected. 1. Trash in pantry and behind trash can2. Floors were not swept/ cleaned- we swept floors when we arrived and there was lot of dirt and dead water bugs. 3. Trash behind upstairs bathroom. 4. King bedroom upstairs - TV and associated equipment did not work. Not vital, however if you have it should work. 5. No instructions on how to use any of the electronic equipment in the unit.6. Upstairs bathroom hand the toilet paper holder ripped out of the wall. 7. At least 2 of the frying pans were dirty in the cupboard. 8. Stairs had dirt on them, black nds were broken and the AC intakes was dirty and patio door was nasty. 9. Toaster had old batter splashed in it. 10. Electric issues with most of lights in the unit. Such as continuous flicking in/off. Living room ceiling fan had a big squeaky table and light would come when it was not switched on. We typically don't do reviews. However, we do know that with out saying anything then the opportunity to correct anything never happens.Not sure cleaning service in actually doing what they are supposed to do or they are not quality checked. Not sure anyone is actually walking the unit before guests arrive. We thank you for the stay and we did enjoy our stay. This was our first VRBO experience.we visit very often and typically stay at the Lighthouse Inn.
