Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home. Bringing in a dog? Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. A $150 non refundable pet fee is required and a copy of their vaccination certificate. Each additional dog requires an additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

Elizabeth’s home is perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, great location and all amenities needed. She was very communicative before, during and the day we left. This house was cozy and comfortable for our family of 5- which included little kids and a toddler. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It’s a comfortable house in a safe neighborhood. We spent a lot of time walking our dogs in the neighborhood, which seems safe and very close to restaurants. The mattresses are comfortable and bedding is plush.
