Disappointed for several reasons. Our room had no heat during a cold snap, so late at night, after staff insisted it was working (it wasn't) we had to change rooms. Not convenient when exhausted. Second, parking charge we were not aware of in the info online. Third, we declined housekeeping services but asked for beds to be made. It did not happen. Last, woke up to hearing a conversation in the room next door. That was a surprise. For this price, I expected better. And I'm really easy going but this all adds up to wishing we'd picked another hotel.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast hostess was amazing. Front desk staff, not personal nor helpful. I needed maintenance. There was no on call maintenance. The fire alarm beeped all day on my second day, was told there was nothing that could be done.
