Simply step into the elevator for easy access to parking, pool, dock, and a veranda with grills and firepits.

In the summer, you can enjoy the zero-entry waterfront pool with a splash pad area for little swimmers. In the fall and winter, cozy up next to the ornate fireplace with multiple ember bed color themes while you take in the brilliant fall colors below. You will find a fully furnished kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals. The laundry area within your condo provides ease of minimal packing; and all linens (bath, bed, and pool) are provided for your stay.

Boat Slip Included! A 12 x 32 boat slip is available for use during your stay. There is a private boat ramp on site for a minimal fee, or a public one nearby. You can park your trailer conveniently at the area reserved for condo community guests.

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
