Visit the historic Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site just a mile up the road, where you can learn all about the members of the U.S. Life-Saving Services who risked their lives to rescue travelers in peril on the North Carolina Coast, or The Eye of Rodanthe, two miles away.
This ocean-view home features an enclosed backyard for added privacy. Here, you will find the sparkling outdoor pool that will help you cool down during warm summer days. There is a private casita-like hut where your private hot tub awaits. Spend a bubbly and soothing evening treating yourself to a well-deserved bath after spending the day at the beach or swimming to your heart's content. For added convenience, there is an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand.
The main living space is located on the third floor of the home. Featuring an open floor plan, this space will be the ultimate gathering spot after thrilling days exploring Rodanthe and everything it has to offer. Spread out comfortably in the living area before playing any of the provided board games. If you are not in a competitive mood, you can always grab your favorite blanket and curl up in front of the TV and watch your favorite cartoon or movie.
