Whether visiting Dickson St. in Fayetteville, Emma St. in Springdale, Historic Downtown Rogers, the Historic Square in Bentonville, or Crystal Bridges Museum there is truly something for everyone. Eureka Springs and Harrison are both easy drives from the house, filled with rolling hills and natural beauty.

This is the perfect place for rest and relaxation or to use as a base for excursions and lake enjoyment. The house was immaculate and had the feeling of home with lots of extras. Exceptional deck and sunroom. The host was excellent. We would stay again if in the area.

Family Getaway

Check in was easy, we came in later than expected and were able to unload quickly and settle in. The view was amazing just as the listing stated. The house was comfortable and cozy, large enough for us all to have our own space but not too large as to feel distant from one another. The sunroom and porch were our favorites, we could have spent days enjoying those spaces alone. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. No complaints from our group!

Great Place to Stay

This was exactly as advertised. Beautiful setting, very quiet, clean house, great communication. We had 4 adults and there was more than enough space for all of us. Far enough from the city to feel like you’re getting away, but close enough if you want to spend time there. You will not be disappointed with this place.

Quiet neighborhood with an unobstructed view of the lake. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Large deck, serenaded by cardinals and Carolina wrens. Mark is a responsive and hospitable host.

Perfect get-away spot

Beautiful home with a lovely view of Beaver Lake from both the deck and sunroom. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. Mark is a great communicator and responds to questions quickly. We would love to come again and bring the family.

They weren’t joking about the best views. It’s gorgeous! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as games and a library. The owner was very easy to work with and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Such a great house with an amazing view! The deck is huge, it was quite cold during our stay but having the sun room meant we could still enjoy the scenery. The house was very clean and has so much room, the kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. Great communication from the host throughout the process. Weekend getaway

Everything was terrific! It’s a very clean, welcoming place. The driveway is a little tricky, but with the quiet neighborhood the house is in, it wasn’t difficult getting in and out of.It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to town. We made all of our meals onsite, and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water was absolutely divine!
