When we checked in they have us a room with someone already there. Had to go get new room. Room had ceiling stuff coming down no coffee pot or iron for the amount we paid.Bunch of different things that was not very good
Didn't mind waiting for a room downstairs as requested. Pillows on bed without pillowcases. Ice machine was broken, AC quit working around 2am. Floor wasn't properly swept and flies were ridiculous in room.
When I saw the pictures on Hotels.com it looked to be and nice clean place. It wasnât!! Very disappointed towels were the size of dish towels and were stained. The best part of this hotel was checking out.
The room was extremely noisy. the road noise was unbearable, barely slept the 1st night, we did not stay a second. the A/C unit started making high pitched noises in the middle of the night. The room, while clean, had incomplete repairs to the ceiling and there were several places on the wall where paint was missing. the overall experience was the worst I have ever had at any motel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay there again under any circumstances.
Was not the best experience there was hair n the bathtub wen we checked n and my wife went down to see if she could use bleach and a rag to clean it, they gave it to her (personally I think they should of cleaned it themselves) not to mention we couldnât use the tv cause no bird to cable box or batteries in the remote, the bedside light fell apart when I tried to use it, it was basically a dive!
Not very clean at all ..... we had a very dirty sink and stained pillow cases, we told the front desk about it and they came up and cleaned the sink and replaced the pillowcases. The other couple had a dirty bath tub and a missing T.V. cable that they told the front desk about, they handed her a cloth and some comet, they never did replace the cable !! Way overpriced for what we got, but being a holiday weekend we hadn't much choice. But ... on the plus side, the front desk person was friendly.
Took along time to get service for check in. Stood in the cold and then the receptionist was rude and tried to make me pay again bc she didn't know how to work the computer. The OWNER said EVERYONE would have to pay it twice. Once if you pay on hotels.com and then again in cash or card at the site if that lady is working bc she doesn't know how to use the computer!!! DUMP THESE LOSERS HOTELS.COM!!!!
