What to Expect

Single-room cabin that sleeps 3 comfortably on memory foam mattresses (a 4th can fit with a sleeping bag, but space will be tight)

Bring your own sleeping bags or linens – they are not provided

Kitchen counter with 2-burner stove top with pots, pans, utensils, French press, and coffee cups.

Solar-powered lighting & outlets – enough to power lights and charge small devices (phone, tablet, small TV)

Wall heater for colder temperatures.

8x10 Trex deck with bridge leading to a breathtaking viewing point with 2 chairs and small table

Shared fire pit area with Magnolia's Rest – perfect for gathering under the stars.

Picnic tables for outdoor dining

Amenities & Facilities: (there is a binder in the cabin with instructions- please review it).

Hand/Dish washing station onsite with soap provided (about 50 feet from the cabin)

Portable restroom conveniently located nearby next to the hand wash station

No plumbing – a true off-grid experience

Trash bin for small bagged trash only (not for boxes or broken items)

No Wi-Fi, but free Wi-Fi is available at the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop in Slade

Bears have been sighted near the property. Please For your safety and to help protect the wildlife, please keep all food stored securely in your vehicle or inside the cabin and make sure the trash bin lid is closed tightly at all times. Bears have been active in the area, and properly securing food and trash helps prevent unwanted encounters and keeps the property safe for everyone.
