This simple and functionally furnished holiday house is just a few metres from a beautiful sandy beach. It is in quiet surroundings, two kilometres from Rogoznica. The house has two floors, each with one residential unit, connected by outdoor stairs. This makes it ideal for two families who would like to spend their holiday together.
Big holiday house near the beach, with a Mediterranean garden, a grill area and two terraces, near the Krka and Kornati national parks, ideal for two families with children. Pets welcome
Both floors offer a sea view and have their own terrace (each 30m²) with terrace furniture and an awning. The Mediterranean garden belonging to the house has figs, roses, cherries, strawberries, mandarins and olive trees and invites you to relax after an exciting day. It has a charcoal grill, where you can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes. Parking space for ten cars is available by the house.
The detached holiday house provides a total living space of 130m² for eleven people. Both floors have their own entrance and each have air conditioning in the hallway. The 80m² ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200cm) and a modern bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. An iron and a washing machine are also available. The living room has a double sofa bed (90 x 180cm). Free wireless Internet access and satellite TV are provided. The kitchen has a big dining space and is equipped with a stove (gas, ceramic and electric rings), an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The 55m² upper floor has a bedroom with a two single bed (90 x 200cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The upstairs bathroom also has a shower, WC and hairdryer. The living room has a double sofa bed (140 x 190cm). Upstairs also provides free wireless Internet access, satellite TV and an iron. The kitchen is equally equipped with a stove (gas, ceramic and electric rings), an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The house is suitable for children, as well as for pets. There is a travel bed on both floors for small children. The lower floor is suitable for wheelchair users. It is only 40 metres to the beach. It is 200 metres to a shopping market. There are restaurants and bars, a bank and a post office two kilometres from the house. It is a 500-metre walk to a bus stop. Trips to the nearby towns of Sibenik (30km), Trogir (25km) and Split (50km) are to be recommended, with a range of culture and entertainment. There are also two national parks nearby, Krka (40km) and Kornati (70km).
