Property consists of 2 houses divided only by outdoor terrace with porch.
House 1 consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area opened on spacious sunny terrace by side glass doors.
There are also 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In living area is sofa which may be transformed into large bed for 2 people.

Second house consists of kitchen with dining and living area. This kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances.
There is also one large bedroom with large double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In living area is one single bed plus sofa which also may be used as an extra bed if needed.

Both houses together accommodates 10 guests, and are perfect for families who want to have holidays together, and at the same time, each have own privacy for the accommodation.

Large private land around the houses offers full privacy and peace; there is 40 square meters large swimming pool with easy access and shallow part perfect for children.
Around the pool is large sunbathing area with 4 sun beds and umbrella.
Covered outdoor porch is ideal for group gatherings and meals.
Outdoor grill is also available for guests.
If you like fish or sea specialties, there is local fisherman who may come everyday to the house directly from the fishing any you may buy fresh fish.

Entire property is surrounded by beautiful gardens, flowers, olive and lemon trees...
Above the pool area is boccie court (alike French bowling) so you may enjoy playing family matches.

Because of its diversity, Razanj is well known and a favorite place for lovers of nature and peace, those who just want to escape the tourist crowds and full beaches, which is characterized by larger resorts and tourist centers on the Adriatic coast.

Boat ride with taxi boat lasts several minutes, and taxi boat lines are very frequent all day long, so you may go in Rogoznica and back whenever you wish during the day.
