Awful service

My confirmation wasn’t sent through or was mistakenly attached to someone else’s booking. 2 hours trying to resolve the issue plus the clerk went on lunch and closed the check in not caring at all about my situation. He continued to refuse to check me in even when sent confirmation of the booking so in the end I cancelled the booking.
