Located in the heart of Quesada, you’ll have everything you need within walking distance—restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsstand, banks, terraces, and supermarkets—no car needed. The nearest golf course is just 3 km away, and the famous sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are about 10 km from the house.
This lovely south-facing home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area with open kitchen, rooftop terrace, balcony, and a spacious terrace surrounding the house. Outside, relax by the private 9 x 3.5 m pool with outdoor shower and several loungers—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Soak up the sun all day long. In the barbecue area’s loft, you’ll find a washing machine and tableware for outdoor meals.
The house is available for long-term rentals from November to March. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning. Up to three cars can be parked on the plot in front of the house.
