Newly renovated bathroom
Posted Dec. 7, 2023 on HotelsThe toilet seems newly renovated, very new. Like that there were two big drawers to contain all toiletries. Shower heads and temperature of water were great. There was a pantry outside the room with a capsule coffee machine, kettle and free flow of coffee and tea bags. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, showed us to the room as well as directions on the map. Location was great, minutes from Roma Termini, Carrefour just around the corner and many eateries around. Overall was very satisfied with the hotel!

Don't stay here.
Posted Nov. 9, 2023 on HotelsI recommend you not stay here. The pictures are misleading. The beautiful building is the opera house across the street. It has nothing to do with this hotel.This hotel does not have a lobby, just a small dingy office. The breakfast pictures are very misleading. Breakfast is at a small restaurant a few feet away and it is the most mediocre American breakfast I have ever seen. The plumbing is terrible. When the toilet was flushed the toilet seat got wet. I told the manager and he said the water pressure was too high and he would call a plumber. It wasn't fixed. He offered another room but it was already late and we were leaving the next day. The faucet in the sink shot out a jet of water that splashed everywhere. And the shower was just weird. The front desk was open from 8:00 - 4:00. One of the other guests started making a lot of noise at 3:00 in the morning but there was no one to call. Of all the hotels we've stayed in this is one of the few I will never stay in again.

Dear Michael, we were sure you would have written a similar review. After having checked the toilet, and having noticed that there was not a single problem going on with it, we decided to offer you a new room with an upgrade nonetheless, but your response actually was not only that you would not have accepted it, but that you only wanted a refund, in the absence of which you would have written us a bad review. But we are proud of not having fallen for this dishonest request. We love our job and we always do our best to help our guests and take care of them, but in front of this kind of blackmail, our ethics is to refuse any kind of compromise.

I like how Close it was to train station other transportation, i didn't like that there was no staff available after 4pm.
