World class service - highly recommend!
Posted Jan. 5, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel itself was exactly what you’d expect from a city 5 star hotel, well looked after and clean. The team (in reception, the spa, concierge and room service) were exceptional - every interaction was a pleasure and any issues we encountered were resolved immediately.
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Will not return
Posted Nov. 15, 2023 on HotelsBathroom terrible . No place to hang anything including towels . Poor quality toiletries.Spa is an extra charge- a disgrace at a supposedly 5 star hotel

Five star hotel make you feel special from the doorman to housekeeping and everything in between.You get what you pay for if you have the means no better hotel in rome for location amazing have been there twice will be back next time in rome brilliant.

Is not a luxury hotel. 3.5 stars at best. If you are seeking upscale keep looking.

Fabulous hotel! It was clean, modern, and the customer service was superb! This hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and close to a subway station. It was lovely to return to after a long hot day of site seeing. There is a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel. Subtle, but refreshing. The food in the restaurants was great, and there are also many restaurant choices in the area. From the moment we arrived, the service was stellar. Our room was upgraded to accommodate our family and a since we were celebrating a birthday, we were pleasantly surprised to see birthday treats in our room after we returned from dinner. Thank you Aleph Rome for such a pleasant stay! If you are considering booking this hotel - don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!
