This room was perfect !! It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. I loved looking out the window down the alley to the roads. We had some beautiful sunset views!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

I’m not one for writing many reviews but I have to on this one. Excellent location, you can walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, and many other hot spots. Rooms are small, but very well kept and clean (but you don’t want to stay in the room anyway). Excellent staff and the breakfast was top notch!! Everything 100%!! Staff communicates really well vai WhatsApp. Try the restaurant just outside the hotel (Come Na Vorta).

There are many reasons I liked this hotel. Number one has to be the staff. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. From storing part our luggage while we traveled to other cities, to calling a cab at 4am. Rooms were nice and clean. Location was good. We walked everywhere. Will stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean well appointed and had an interesting layout since the building was an old monastery. The layers of lights were impressive for setting different types of moods, crazy amount of switches, we liked that The roof of the room was post and beams, and that resulted in a lot of noise from upstairs apartment. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rome, set in a little courtyard off a busy street, they incorporate access into existing building of apartments through multiple secure doors. There was noise from alleyways next-door especially when restaurant throws away bottles so recommend using earplugs for sleeping. Staff were mostly great but on day leaving we had 36 euro breakfast charge on our bill that we did not incur and when I challenged that, staff member Matilda was very rude though eventually did resolve the issue. But it left a bitter taste and we are unsure if we would return to this property. Then we asked for a printout of our final bill and she said no because we bought on an app. We often book through apps and this is the first time we’ve been denied a final printout. There are a lot of choices for accommodation in Rome, not sure we would return to this one just based on the awkward check out.

Reception: perfect and helpful staff, reception clean and very nice Location: perfect ! ATTENTION! The hotel is located in a residential building with many local residential flats. The hotel has two buildings: 1. where the reception is 2. where we stayed The second building is in a building where there are also local residential flats. The accommodation is a bit worn out and you definitely don't feel like a hotel, more like something between an airbnb and an apartment building.
