Fantastic location, very walkable, in a busy area, but was quiet inside. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

One bed & bath. Very close to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast small (typical European). Staff helped book taxi to train station.

Not very modern, felt unkempt - found a few bugs in the bathroom - musty smell - front office was not all that friendly - just taking care of another tourist - however - great breakfast buffet - but the room was warm where you eat

The staff did not show professionalism. One evening we were locked out of the hotel with no accès and a note in the window wrote out on a arrant. What kind of hotel locks their guests outside??
