Pleasant stay near Colosseum
Posted Jul. 8, 2023 on HotelsWe had a pleasant stay. There was however a lack of natural light but window can be opened, giving a view at street level. Not in the room during the day so not really a problem. Room was cleaned each day and there is a decent shower. Welcome drink provided in mini fridge which was a nice touch. Host made us welcome and answered any questions we had.

The property is in a perfect location, the rooms are small but nicely decorated, Patrizia was really nice and attended our needs .

The guesthouse was in a brilliant location. Very close to the main attractions all walking distance. Property is clean and check in was all easy. Good restaurants all within walking distance from the property. Very reasonable too.

Unimpressive at best...

Air conditioning was broken. Hot water was scarce and inconsistent. Loud street with lots of traffic and trucks unloading

Dear Charles some times can happen we try to do our best and we changed your room , fortunally other guests next your room have an opposite opinion of our place as you can read it the following what they wrote

Excellent location on a quiet street but close to a variety of restaurants and the Colosseum. The property was very much like the picture and the internet, TV and the like were great. No real negative points.
