A lovely boutique hotel. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat, and the coffees were lovely. Even on cooler mornings/evenings the patio heaters meant sitting outside was comfortable. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room in the annex. This was a great room with 2 large doubles a kitchenette with fridge and kettle and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Previous customers have commented on the security in the annex, but we didn't have any problems at all. There were two gates to get through which were locked during hours of darkness and felt secure.

This hotel is super close to the colosseum, it is one street over to the best gelato we tried in Italy. We loved the location, and the service at the reception and at breakfast was exceptional. The receptionist noticed that one of our birthdays was happening while we were staying with them, and they gave us a special treat that morning during breakfast. which was a very welcome surprise! Kudos to the staff at reception (specially the evening/night) and the breakfast team

From pre-checkin communications to getting us transportation to the airport, the entire staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They took care of every need. Morning breakfast was wonderful - they catered to my wife’s gluten-free needs!

Wonderful freindly staff, they even noticed my wifes birthday and gave her a cake. Great location near to many great restaurants and bars. Good AC in the room which was needed during our stay. The hotel did a few free experiences including a night photography walk to the coliseum and a tiramisu making course. Overall the hughlight was the wonderful staff.

I booked a single room for a week and true to European fashion it was tiny. The thing that makes this hotel is the staff. Every single one of them was so helpful, kind, and quick with any issue. Without the kindness of the staff it would have been a lot less pleasant. The AC worked enough but it was by no means cool. Sara, Yusuf, Alessandro, Sammi, to name a few of the staff that made coming back to the hotel after my days excursions feel homey and cared for. The other fantastic thing about this hotel is the rooftop breakfast terrace. The food is perfectly fine and convenient and the outdoor indoor cafe vibe is adorable. The location is a dream in terms of everything I wanted to get to.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and and the room as well as the lovely Spritzeria rooftop bar provided an oasis from the Rome heat of July! We'll certainly return for a visit.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights while in Rome. We have 2 children, 18 and 11. We stayed in a room in the apartment next door. The building has a small elevator and steep, narrow stairs. We used the elevator to send our luggage up and walked up the stairs. If stairs are an issue for you this may be problematic. I saw no issue with a little extra exercise to burn off the calories from anll the Italian food and wine consumed. The hotel staff was very nice. They arranged airport transfers for us, which I appreciated. Even though the room faced a busy street, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was with the windows closed. Our room had 2 beds, queen size if i remember correctly. The beds were comfortable, linens clean. The bathroom was a typical Italian bathroom with a small shower, toilet, bidet. My only complaint for the room was the air conditioning was not very efficient. It was around 95F outside and the room was equally warm. The free breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely and included pastries, delicious made to order coffee and lattes, fruit, charcuterie offerings. The location was ok. Right down the street from the colosseum. Lots of cafes closer to the colosseum, don’t bother with the restaurant downstairs, it was not great. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again if we ever visit Rome in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in the Suite. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the bedroom was nice and quiet. There was even a view of the Colosseum from the terrace. Good variety of dishes at breakfast. Also, the staff were super sweet.

I stayed with a friend and was pleasantly surprised with this property. It was in an excellent location, the Colosseum was at the end of the street and all the other major landmarks were all within walking distance. The rooftop had a great breakfast which was included in our stay and it turned into a bar in the evening which had some good options. The cafe/restaurant downstairs had some delicious options. The room was small but enough space for the two of us. Bathroom again was small, but modern and clean. The hotel offered some free tours/activities. We did the night time Colosseum tour which was lovely. The hotel also offered cute free postcards which I’ve kept as keepsake art for my home. Would definitely stay here again.
