Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Rome. L’appartement Ă©tait bien situĂ©, spacieux mais un peu sombre.Nous avons manquĂ© de certains Ă©quipements, la bouilloire et le grille pain ne fonctionnaient pas.Le canapĂ© lit n’était pas trĂšs confortable.L’interlocuteur de l’agence qui nous a accueilli etait trĂšs aimable. Compte tenu du prix, les prestations Ă©taient correctes selon moi

Grand et bien situé

Appartement grand et bien situĂ©. Bien Ă©quipĂ© pour sĂ©journĂ© plusieurs jours. Quelques dĂ©tails ont Ă©tĂ© nĂ©anmoins gĂȘnant comme la fenĂȘtre du salon qui accueille le cli clac qui Ă©tait cassĂ©e et n'insonorisait pas la rue bruyante et n’avait pas de rideau ni volet. Attention Ă©galement Ă  la propretĂ© qui Ă©tait limite au niveau des salles de bains.

Appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est assez spacieux et confortable (nous étions 5 personnes). Proche du Campo dei Fiori, de la Piazza Navona, du Panthéon. TrÚs facile de gagner, à partir de là, la Piazza Venezia, le Vatican, le Trastevere. Endroit calme, bagagerie à proximité (via del Pellegrino, 52). Excellent séjour!

Bel appartement au coeur de Rome

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© au coeur de Rome pour visiter Ă  pieds ou en transports en commun. Permet de dormir Ă  6 personnes, mais le divan lit n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus confortable. L'endroit est assez calme mis Ă  part les soirĂ©es oĂč le bruit du restaurant du premier Ă©tage se fait entendre mais ce n'est pas si mal. Ça apporte du cachet ! Le seul vrai bĂ©mol que nous avons eu est que la douche Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse et coulait chez le voisin d'en dessous. Nous avons donc Ă©tĂ© privĂ© de 2 soirs de douche sur un sĂ©jour de 5 nuitĂ©es. Ce fut trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Une chance qu'il y avait une baignoire dans l'autre salle de bain pour nous permettre de nous laver, mais sans rideau de douche, pas Ă©vident de se laver correctement les cheveux sans faire un dĂ©gĂąt ! Mais je recommande quand mĂȘme l'appartement car ils vont sĂ»rement rĂ©parer la douche !

Vi bodde fem personer i denna fina lÀgenhet i Rom. LÀget var bÀsta tÀnkbara, vi gick till allt. MÄnga fina restauranger i nÀrheten. LÀgenheten var perfekt för oss fem vuxna. Incheckningen supersmidig, vi fick tom tillgÄng till lÀgenheten innan incheckningstiden. Kan gÀrna tÀnka mig att komma tillbaka igen.

Such a Gem!

We booked 3 nights before our cruise of the Mediterranean and had never been to Rome before. This place was absolutely perfect! It’s located right next to a wonderful Italian restaurant and just around the corner from a fabulous cafe. The place is clean and comfortable and a short walk from the Pantheon and almost anything you might wanna visit in Rome. I will say it’s located on the upper floor of this apartment building so there’s a good flight of stairs to climb to get to the unit but that would be my only bad remark on this apartment! We will definitely book here again for our next to Rome!

Winter Holiday in Rome

We had a lovely stay in Rome during our Christmas Break. The apartment was in great condition, clean and tidy. It is centrally located so we were able to walk to everything. We had a wonderful time.

The location is EXCELLENT!

Overall, we are glad we booked this property. We could not have asked for a better location. So if you are interested in walking to all interest points and being in an area that is safe and full of great shops and restaurants, you should definitely book this place. I do agree that the overall cleanliness could be improved on. The sheets and bedding did not give a freshness impression, though clean. And the bathrooms need a good deep cleaning or even better, a few updates. Additionally, the door to get into unit has lose handle and we had to be very careful each time. The stairs to get up to unit also smell of smoke. The managers of the property and person who met us at check-in were all very friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. If we go again, I might look into this listing again if updates have occurred, but only want to book in the interest of location.

Pictures Don’t tell the real story!!!

I want to preface this review by saying we stayed in three VRBO locations prior to this unit, one in Venice,Florence,and Amalfi, all were very nice places, Rome was our last stop,and this unit was by far the worst, the lighting was terrible, electrical issues in both bathrooms, no ventilation in either bathroom, the door handle came off the door, one of the window could not be closed, moldie smell in both baths, needs a lot of updating, the one plus is it is in a great location for many attractions,for the price, I would look elsewhere. Sorry for the poor review, but the truth hurts sometimes,Thanks

Family trip

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay here! It was just a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. Several great restaurants and shops just steps from your door. We messaged our host requarding a couple house issues and they responded and fixed them right away. This spot is beautiful and cozy. We had one sleeping on the pullout couch which was just fine. We recommend eye coverings if sleeping on the couch since there are no window coverings. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. 10/10 recommend!

This property is in an excellent location. All amenities are close by and within walking distance. However, the apartment needs a lot of TLC. Beds were uncomfortable. AC units was not working properly in one of the bedrooms. One of the dining table chairs was broken. Had to turn off AC units to use washing machine. Hair Dryer in one of the bathrooms did not plug in to any of the outlets. Power went off when using Hair Dryer from other bathroom and had to reset the circuit breaker. Ants in kitchen area. Shower water temperature fluctuated from too hot to too cold. For the amount we paid, we expected better.

Spacious and excellent air conditioning

The unit is in an excellent location. It is right around the corner from many shops, restaurants and gelato. We walked to all the attractions and all were within 30 minutes. If you prefer to take the bus, there is a stop a few metres away and we hopped onto the 64 that took us to Termini in minutes. It was over 35 degrees Celsius when we were in Rome and the air conditioning in the unit is superb. Each bedroom has a it’s own unit and the living area also has a unit. I highly recommend, we would stay there again.

Roomy apartment near everything in Rome. Great AC. Communicative. Only issue was the proximity to Campo di Fiori which turned out to be riddled with pickpocketers. It’s a huge problem. My phone was stolen on day one. Otherwise, recommend.

Location of the property is very good, and it is spacious, however, not cleaned well. Used pods and water in the coffee machine, ants on the counters, dishes needed cleaned before use. Box of salt that expired in 2019. I had trouble with the TV, took 24 hours to get a response.
