The pros: Staff were friendly, hotel room was acceptably clean and ideally located next to Termini with some great food options. Twenty minute walk to the coliseum, so I’d consider it a walkable location. The cons: Room 505, thermostat would not go below 22 Celsius so it’s a sauna and the windows wouldn’t open. The shower leaked everywhere so I had to cover the floor with towels. The door had to be shut with the force of Thor to lock properly and only one plug worked. The fridge did not work. The breakfast I would consider poor, warm milk and yoghurts and stale pastries. The bed was reasonably comfortable and was two singles pushed together to make a double. It’s a solid three star and is a place to lay your head but definitely no frills.

Located few minutes away from the main train, bus and metro station, Roma Termini. From the airport, take an express train, Leonardo Express €18/pp, to Roma Termini and exit through street level. Lot of businesses, restaurants, minimarts and people standing outside so beware of pickpockets. Check-in process was expedite and friendly by Lorenzo. He was friendly and helpful getting us oriented and provided great advices regarding transportation via metro. Surrounding the hotel are 2 very famous basilica: Saint Maria Major and Saint Maria Angels. Room size is very decent.. not a lot of storage spaces, bed & pillows are firm. Breakfast is very very standard with same daily men: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, melon and oranges…

Hotel was clean. Room service was awesome. Amenities were great and the breakfast service in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel being close to the train terminal was very convenient. A lot of great historical sites nearby (walking distance) and restaurants.

Our room was clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my requests. The area is super convenient with tons of eating and shopping around, right next to train station. Honestly, for the price it was a fantastic stay. The area surrounding the hotel is loud, but we travel with a noise maker so it wasn't an issue for us at all.

Stay very far away from this “motel” because they were far from a hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Marco was rude, and spoke to us like he was doing us a favor with any answers he gave us. The room was small, dirty, and we felt extremely unsafe in the neighborhood. The description of the hotel and neighborhood is misleading. The shower didn’t work properly, the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere, the toilet seat was yellow, and when I showed Marco a picture of the toilet seat, his answer, in a very nasty way, was “it’s old but clean. It’s all we have.” I asked for an iron, and they brought me a burnt iron with a disgusting iron board. The iron ruined my shirt. We went out for NYE and put a do not disturb sign on our door. When we got back that night, we noticed someone went in to our room. The iron and board were missing. I immediately called Expedia and asked that I be allowed to leave the hotel and I quickly made a reservation elsewhere. We left the next day. When I told Marco someone entered my room, he said impossible and wouldn’t believe us. I suggest the hotel check their cameras. The only nice thing about this place is Lorenzo, who was very sympathetic and nice to us. Thank you Lorenzo. This place doesn’t deserve you. NO NOT STAY HERE. There are so many more options in Rome for the same price and better value.

we stayed on two different nights due to a cruise. The first night I was not very happy with the room the carpet was a very stained and it needs an update but the second night was great! the room had tile floor throughout, very clean. The front desk was beyond nice in allowing us to check in early which was great as we were jetlagged. The breakfast was pretty standard but the same for the two nights we stayed. The location is fantastic as you are within walking distance to the Rome Termini which pretty much gives you access to everything you need. Overall, I would stay here again an would recommend the hotel.

The breakfast is horrible due to the food being undercooked and cold. The property staff was not welcoming at all. They came into my room 3 times without knocking to clean the room. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The area around the hotel is unsafe with a lot of homeless people either sleeping in the streets or begging. The shower does not have hot water. Don’t book this hotel at all trust me!
