AC was not working
Technician came in the middle of night worked till 1am, no luck
Second night lights were not working, had to shift room
Overall didn’t meet expectations

Posted Jan. 24, 2024 on HotelsOverall it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. However, there are few amenities such as a market place, or even vending machines to get a drink without having to pay $8 at the bar for a bottle of soda. Do better Hilton.

Not worthy of the Hilton brand, especially being an airport short term stay hotel. Calls from the room to Room Service went unanswered 5 times in a row, calls to guest relations went unanswered, when I went up to the restaurant I was told I could get packed food for the room as I was tired, only to be served a tray with open plates and no cover and told to take my own tray back to the room. Thankfully after requesting more than once, one of the restaurant staff was kind enough to help carry the food and drinks back to the room.
Rooms are old, bathroom door warped from water vapour with paint chipped, tear on both chairs in the room, general upkeep much to desire. For the price being charged, definitely not worth it and certainly not being recommended to anyone!!

Beautiful new hotel
Posted Aug. 27, 2023 on HotelsThis was a one night layover stay for a family trip. The hotel is brand, new and state of the art. It is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful to tourists. It was about a 20 minute drive to and from the airport. The only thing that we did not like, but did not address since it was just for one night, that the AC unit could not be controlled.lt was set on a higher temperature. Personally, we felt the mattresses were a little on the hard side. This room is more for couples and not families, since the shower door is completely see-through, and there is no privacy for changing. Other than that I do recommend this hotel.

Excellent service. We had a great time on our 8 days stay. The staff are so nice and accommodating especially Serena.

We had an overall good experience. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was close to a metro and the property was modern and clean. The only problem was the shower leaked out a bit. We put a towel by the door to clean it up.

Still under construction - rooftop restaurant and wellness center were not open, only one set of lifts was working, there was a problem with getting hot water in more than one room
