A great location!

The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps away from the Pantheon and two Carrefour grocery stores...the apartment is very quiet, has a decent elevator, a comfortable bed in the bedroom, a nice coat closet, and small but efficient kitchen. The apartment itself is smaller than it appears in the pictures, and the bathroom is very tight, but there is ample hot water and the washing machine works well. However, the two arm chairs in the living room are very uncomfortable and the foldout sofa is unusable as a sofa. Overall, the apartment is nice and the location can't be beat. The property manager is very nice and very responsive to questions and assistance.

Very easy to walk to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants nearby and a market (small grocery store) a minute away. All buildings are old and this one no different but it does have a small elevator which was helpful for luggage. Clean but aged. You have to throw out the garbage at the end of your stay and that was a 3 minute walk which I thought was ridiculous especially since you're leaving to catch a taxi to head out. They have to clean anyways so why not take out the garbage for you? I've never had to take out the garbage before especially considering you have to walk a good three minutes and look for where you need to throw it.

It was extremely small and very odd layout and noisy when raining as there was a bad drip from somewhere above lots odd bits and pieces not very comfortable drawers full of unnecessary stuff and crockery very unusual very badly put together

Exactly as described. I would not recommend sleeping on the pull out bed - way to uncomfortable. Otherwise - the place (and the hosts) was fine.

Such a lovely flat in the middle of Rome! We walked everywhere. Very safe area. Really the perfect location. The interior is so pretty with a separate bedroom, and a sitting area with art and shelves of books. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need but we didn’t use it as we ate out. Highly recommend!
