Rented 2 rooms and couldn’t adjust ac in both. One room too cold and one room too hot bc ac didn’t work. Other than that the hotel was clean and pretty. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Conveniently located across from train station.

This is a wonderful property in a great location to enjoy Rome, Italy. The property is well-maintained and the staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The quality of the room and the cleanliness was Top drawer. The one thing they need to improve on is their maintenance on some occasions. The condition of the shower required the intervention of the concierge as well as the general manager to have it properly fixed during our stay. Once they became involved, they were excellent in recovering and getting the item fixed immediately. Despite this one issue, this property is highly recommended.

Pros: the service staff are really good and friendly Cons: the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The services you would generally have access to without added cost in 5 star are not available here. Rooms in general were clean-ish but not really up to standard.

really enjoyed it

The room was beautiful, updated very nice. It was not cramped, the shower could have been updated, tiles were old or worn out. Service for the room needs help, the coffee was not filled every day, had to have it requested, they mentioned water is complementary the first day you get your room, but it's only that day, the rest of the days you need to pay for it. Room service is amazing, they have a very good chef. Overall very nice and pleasant and close to the train station!
