Meget centralt. To fine lejligheder på hver deres etage. Hver lejlighed havde to fine værelser, et køkken hver og et badeværelse hver. Køkkenet havde de mest gængse utensils. Skraldespanden på det ene badeværelse var ikke tømt ved ankomst
