The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was super clean and large for a city room. Location was PERFECT! We were able to walk to everything easily and it was close to the train for our departure. Highly recommend.

Reasonable hotel in good location. Poor ventilation, AC is turned off when summer is over, so if you like to sleep in a room that’s cool, best to ask for one of their cooler rooms. Staff were professional and nice, though, breakfast mediocre, staff there were pretty snooty.

Our room was clean but very small. It was close to many shops and very convenient to many transportation and dining options. The only thing was it didnt feel like a 4 star hotel.

Close to Termini station. Very quiet rooms, no street noise at all. Very comfortable bed. Pillows were a little small so we asked for 2 more. Nice thicker memory foam ones were delivered.

It was a very nice hotel. Everybody spoke English and was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was 2 blocks from the train and subway. The location was walkable to every major attraction. I would stay their again an most likely try another of their hotel in different cities.
