The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are large for Europe and include lots of little extras. It is very quiet and seems like a safe area. Highly recommend this Hotel!

I loved that its a modern hotel with modern super clean bathrooms which is a deal breaker for me especially in Italy, in a great area, walking 10-15 mins to most historic attractions. Staff was very nice and attentive and the rooftop has a beautiful view and nice restaurant! Would definitely stay again!

The area around the hotel was very dirty. The view from our doom was a street covered in trash There was a leak in our bathroom that covered the floors and wall but happened only once while we were out sightseeing

The hotel was in the center of shopping centers and especially transportation (Buses and Trains). The hotel was able to check me in early which was a relief for me. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner which is convenient if you don't have time to go look for food. The staff was hospitable and professional. The room was bigger than expected and it was modern, clean, spacious and safe. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Don't Fall for the Sister Hotel Fraud

This hotel tried to deceive me into staying at an old, rundown, smelly, and cheap property. Upon arrival, they informed me that the room I had already paid for was unavailable, and they claimed they had no other rooms—no option to upgrade or downgrade. Instead, they attempted to force me into staying at a nearby, filthy, and unpleasant "sister hotel." I quickly realized I wasn’t the only victim—while I was checking in, I saw them redirecting other guests the same way. I refused to be scammed and argued with the staff for several minutes. I was ready to call the police, and I wasn’t holding back my frustration because I was essentially being robbed in broad daylight. The more I pushed back, a man who had been sitting on the sofa stood up, approached me, and told me to "relax"—assuring me that I would stay in the room I had paid for. Meanwhile, the receptionist continued insisting there was nothing they could do and that I had to stay at their "sister hotel" until the next morning. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
