It was clean and tidy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of a member of the night staff that was frustrated by our requests for ice. Otherwise it was a good experience

The air conditioning was not working on two floors of the hotel so we were transfered (and upgraded I believe) to another hotel which is part of their group. They covered the transfer by taxi and offered us complimentary drinks. All in all they handled it very swiftly and it was all very seamless. They could not have handled that situation better.

If you want to be by the train station (and we did) you cannot pick a better location. It’s only two blocks away, which is just far enough to be quiet. Hotel is super clean and the staff are phenomenal. Nothing fancy here, just a good value and a perfect location if you are arriving and departing via train.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was light and clean. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Rome.
