Lovely old villa with beautiful gardens. Very friendly and helpful service. It is close to Frascati and Castel Gandolfo, which are charming. Excellent restaurants in the area.

Good clean hotel with a good breakfast. We stopped there while driving between Florence and amalfi coast, so it was convenient.

Lovely landscape around it. Beautiful decor. Reception nice. Room decent but A/C not working. And it was pretty warm in there. It was suggested that we open the window (and we did, regretfully, mosquitos biting all night. ). Eventually a fan was brought in. Breakfast was a sugar fest. Could have had a healthier/better variety of foods. You can do better.

Hello, thank you for your opinion. The air conditioning problem is unfortunately true, we had a fault. We are very sorry but we could not do anything until they delivered the spare part to us. Regarding breakfast, however, we are an Italian residence and not a grand international hotel. We have cured meats, cheeses and eggs as well as all the desserts, fresh and dried fruit, 6 types of cereals, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Also fruit juices, low-fat white and fruit yoghurt. Clearly we have a greater number of sweet products as we are an Italian house.

Posted Jul. 19, 2023 on HotelsBeautiful magnificent property with lots of history inside the building. Nice big room with AC and modern bathroom. Welcoming and friendly stuff. Beautiful garden outside! Tasty breakfast with many choices of foods. Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely adorable. It was clean, amenities were good and the breakfast was outstanding ! The owners were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you stay there !

This is a beautiful property minutes from Frascati. Staff are extremely friendy; rooms are big and clean. Strongly recommend both for business and personal travel - especially if travelling in groups.

Posted Feb. 15, 2020 on HotelsA prepaid booking with a superior room with balcony window replaced by a bigger room yes but with a hatch on the ceiling. No hot water in the morning and awful breakfast no bread or croissant with jam jars already used by someone else, a shame as the unit is finely decorated nice furniture and the service desk guy helpful.

Ci dispiace per la sua insoddisfazione e per averlo saputo solo a soggiorno terminato. Se ci fosse stato detto dei problemi di acqua, cosa tra l' altro riscontrata solo dalla sua camera, avremmo di certo provveduto a sistemare il problema. Quanto alla colazione, il pane è sempre presente nell' apposita sezione di prodotti con glutine, proprio accanto al tostapane, e oltre ai vasetti sfusi di marmellata sono sempre presenti anche le monoporzioni. Le ricordo infine che la nostra struttura non è provvista di camere con balcone e che la sistemazione dal lei scelta era provvista di una normale finestra.
Spero di avere nuovamente occasione di ospitarla nella nostra struttura.
