Appartement bien situé mais il manque beaucoup de chose (planche à decouper par exemple) . Tout est vieillot ( canapé dans le salon et fauteuils , machine à laver, couverts …) l emplacement est top proche de la mer et des commerces

Tolle Kommunikation,sehr freundlich

Schönes Objekt, hat genug Platz für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Das nötigste ist vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Bei Fragen Stand der Vermieter immer zur Verfügung. Falls wir erneut nach Spanien gehen, dann wieder in diese Wohnung.

Könnte einiges renoviert werden

Alles ist sehr sehr alt. Könnte z.b. besteck gewechselt werden und und.... Die Schlösser in Badezimmer Funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Und von Schlafzimmer die Griffe funktionierten überhaupt nicht waren kaputt. Fenster und Türen zu Balkon Konnte man überhaupt wechseln gehen schlecht zu und auf und sind nicht 100% sicher. Die Steckdosen und Schalter kann man auch wechseln sind sehr sehr alt... bei manchen zimmer sind die Steckdosen überhaupt rausgefallen Musste man aufpassen damit Man keinen Stromschlag bekommt.. Beim Schwimmbad lagen Scherben. Niemand hat das aufgeräumt. Und sind keine Stühle und keine Liegen vorhanden.
