The entire glamping site is yours alone. There are no other guests, no shared facilities and no disturbances – just your own private hideaway, surrounded by trees, flowers and the calm landscape of the Limfjord.

Sleep under the stars in the Lotus Belle Stargazer tent

The heart of your stay is the 19 m² Lotus Belle Stargazer tent.

Through the large panoramic skylight you can watch the stars straight from your bed and wake up to the first light of the day. The tent is furnished like a small boutique retreat – with a proper double bed, hotel-quality linen, carefully chosen furniture and personal touches.

The comfortable bed, warm lighting and natural materials create a calm and inviting atmosphere. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove adds real Danish hygge. Thanks to extra insulation and an electric heater, you can enjoy Månefjord all year round – even when it's windy and freezing outside.

Free WiFi is included throughout your stay.

Glamping with a private bathroom and hot shower

About ten metres from the tent is your private bathroom in the historic brick house.

The bathroom is yours alone and is not shared with other guests.

It includes:

- hot shower

- soft towels

- hairdryer

- selected toiletries

- modern Finnish freeze toilet

The Finnish freeze toilet is odourless, hygienic and pleasant to use. It's a modern, more sustainable solution and very easy to use – we'll of course show you how it works when you arrive.

Nature, privacy and your own bathroom with a hot shower make Månefjord a glamping experience with the comfort of a small boutique hotel.

Your private guest kitchen

Right next to the bathroom is your private guest kitchen.

The kitchen is yours alone and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed breakfast, a light lunch or a cosy dinner.

It includes:

- induction hob

- mini oven

- mini fridge

- kettle

- Nespresso coffee machine

- crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils

- coffee and tea

Cook at your own pace and enjoy your meals in the kitchen or, when the weather allows, on the terrace.

Your private glamping area by the Limfjord

Around the tent is a secluded garden of about 300 m² with plenty of space for peace and time together.

Relax in the hammock under the trees, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, or light the fire pit in the evening and grill your dinner under the open sky.

There are no other overnight guests, and all facilities are private, so you can enjoy your stay completely undisturbed.

When the sun goes down, the garden lights come on and the Stargazer tent glows warmly in the dark, you'll feel the special atmosphere that makes Månefjord Glamping unique.

The Månefjord breakfast basket 🌙

Make your romantic stay by the Limfjord even more relaxing with our breakfast basket for two.

The basket is placed in your private guest kitchen the evening before. The next morning, you simply bake the rolls yourself and have breakfast whenever you like – no alarm clock, no fixed times, no disturbances.

The basket includes carefully selected products such as:

- bake-off bread rolls

- butter

- homemade jam

- cheese and cold cuts

- fresh eggs

- juice

- seasonal fruit

Coffee and tea are always available in the guest kitchen.

The breakfast basket costs 185 DKK (approx. €25) for two people per morning and can be added when booking or ordered no later than the day before.

Make your stay extra romantic

Celebrating a birthday or anniversary, planning a surprise or simply treating yourselves to a special break for two?

With our romantic hygge package, we prepare the tent with extra atmosphere before you arrive. It makes for a personal, romantic welcome and is perfect when your stay should be something truly special.

The romantic hygge package includes:

- a bottle of Freixenet Cava

- selected chocolates

- heart-shaped LED lights

- romantic rose petals

- a handwritten card with your personal message

The romantic hygge package costs 450 DKK (approx. €60) per stay and can be added when booking.

Included in your glamping stay

We want booking your stay at Månefjord to be as simple and transparent as possible.

The following is included:

- high-quality bed linen

- towels

- firewood for the wood stove and the fire pit with grill grate

- electric heater in the tent

- WiFi

- electricity and water

- coffee and tea in the guest kitchen

- free parking

- private bathroom with hot shower

- private, fully equipped guest kitchen

- your own secluded glamping area

A one-time cleaning fee of 186 DKK (approx. €25) per stay is added at booking. This covers the final cleaning, so you don't even need to strip the bed when you leave.

Adults-only glamping on Salling

Månefjord is an adults-only retreat, designed for two adults.

It was created for couples and adults looking for a peaceful glamping stay with privacy, comfort and closeness to nature.

To keep the atmosphere calm and well cared for:

- pets are not allowed

- the entire property is non-smoking

- parties and events are not allowed

- only the two guests named in the booking may stay on the property

EV charging station

There is an 11 kW EV charging station on the property.

Charging is billed separately based on actual usage, so you only pay for the electricity you use.
