Directly before the house there are several cafes, restaurants, bakeries, banks and supermarkets. To promenade along the old stream and the central mole in Warnemuende is only a three minute walk. Equally short is the way to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade Warnemünde by the spa park located in the immediate vicinity.
