Great location, public transportation is close by, basic shopping facilities are nearby, modern facilities and properly maintained rooms. No fridge in the room, but I think that’s usual in Germany now 😮

Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit . Die Frühstücksauswahl war vielseitig. Rund um die Uhr konnte sich jeder an einem Kaffe- Teeautomat bedienen. Am Gebäude war eine Baustelle mit Lärm und Staub. Zur Reinigung des Zimmer kann ich wenig sagen, weil Feiertag und anschließend Wochenende war wurde einmal der Mülleimer gereinigt.

Doppelbett besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten, die leicht verschiebbar sind (unpraktisch). Teilweise Zimmer staubig, leider kein Kühlschrank, dafür aber im 1. OG Kaffee umsonst. Personal freundlich.

Leider wurde mein Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Außerdem wurde meine Zimmerkarte bereits vor dem eigentlichen Check-out gesperrt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, verfügt aber nicht über genügend Parkplätze. Wir mussten etwa 600 m zu Fuß zum nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz laufen. Check in war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Leute die dort beschäftigt waren, waren äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer waren nicht ganz so toll, etwas dreckig, in den Ecken lagen Haare, meine Bettdecke war dreckig. Was allerdings komisch war, der Check out war auf 12.00Uhr beschrieben, 10.45Uhr stand man schon vor unsere Zimmertür und wollte das Zimmer für den nächsten reinigen. Gesamt gut aber nicht herausragend.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, leider war die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer nicht berauschend. Das doppel Zimmer war nur für eine Person eingerichtet ( Becher, Trinkgläser) Nachdem Reklamation wurde uns aber sehr nett geholfen.zum Frühstück kann ich nicht sagen da wir außerhalb gefrühstückt haben.

Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Einen Punkt ziehe ich bei der Sauberkeit wegen des Bades ab. Alles in allem war es aber sauber! Der Rezeptionist wirkt auf mich etwas verwirrt (vegaß z.b., dass ich schon bezahlt hatte, wann die Frühstückszeiten sind), war aber sehr freundlich! Es gibt nicht viele Parkplätze. Die Parkgebühr von 15€ empfinde ich als zu hoch für eine Nacht.
