Also vorab, die Reservierung und Kommunikation ist echt top! Besser geht’s nicht. Zimmer top und auch schön sauber. Kleines Missgeschick ;-) was aber mal gar nicht schlimm ist, es wurde nur ein Zimmer mit bettzeug bezogen. Aber das ganze wurde Megaschnell behoben. Ich sage mir, wo gehobelt wird, fallen Späne. Alles in allem super schön und klasse gelegen. Wir fanden es toll und kommen wieder. Soviel steht fest.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem 4-jährigen in der FW. Sie ist wirklich schön und geräumig. Die Ausstattung hat nix vermissen lassen und die Verwaltung war super nett und zuvorkommend. Der kleine Balkon liegt nach hinten raus und lädt zum Frühstück oder zum Glas Wein abends ein. Weniger schön war leider, dass es unglaublich hellhörig ist (jeder Schritt der Obermieter und im Treppenhaus ist hörbar) und ein ruhiges Schlafen ist eigentlich nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich(Verbindungsstraße zu Edeka). Ansonsten ist alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar und über die Spiele-und Büchersammlung im Keller hat sich mein Kind sehr gefreut.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, maritim und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Hinter dem Haus gab es auch Fahrradparkplätze, so dass die Fahrräder sicher angeschlossen werden konnten. Das war super! Von der Wohnung ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum von Warnemünde, am “Alten Strom”, am Strand oder Bahnhof. Das war super!

Es hat uns ALLES gefallen!Einziges Manko ist die hellhörigkeit von der Wohnung oben drüber, unsere Tochter ist ein paar mal aufgewacht, wenn oben laut gelacht wurde.

Super Auszeit

Warnemünde ist immer eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft war toll. Sauber, zentral, und alles da, was man braucht. Nur die Parkplatzsituation war leider schlecht. Es wäre fair, wenn jede Wohnung einen Parkplatz hätte. Leider waren alle Plätze vergeben und somit hatten wir 11 Minuten Fußweg zum öffentlichen Parkplatz. Für uns war das ok, aber für andere ist das sicher ein wichtiges Kriterium. Wif haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Warnemünde

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Einrichtung entspricht genau der Online-Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Schlafzimmer liegen an der Straße. Die ansonsten hochwertige Ausstattung betrifft leider nicht die Matratzen und auch die Couch ist nicht wirklich gemütlich. Das Internet ist nicht immer stabil verfügbar.
