Our apartment is located in the heart of Warnemünde, just a few meters from the historic old stream of Warnemünde. Warnemuende originated from a small fishing village and today is a coveted holiday and vacation domicile. Warnemünde is located in the north of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic, large white sandy beach. Warnemünde offers many attractions, such as the harbor entrance - the "Old Stream" with many cafes, bars, restaurants and many small shops. At the tea pot, tourists can visit the lighthouse and look out over the harbor and far beyond Warnemünde from the two viewing platforms.

The apartment is located directly in Warnemünder, consisting of 2 rooms with separate kitchen and has a size of 45 sqm. An occupancy of 2-4 persons (max 2 adults + 2 children) is possible through the optimal room layout. Equipped with kitchen facilities, the apartment meets all the requirements of a relaxing holiday accommodation.

Leider zu kalt und zu nass. Wohnung ist ist neu renoviert. Eigentlich alles ok. In der Beschreibung zur Wohnung wird von einer Kellerwohnung gesprochen. Der Zugang erfolgte aber über einen Treppenaufgang 13 Stufen und danach eine Wendeltreppe, ca 16 Stufen, in den Keller. Ich bin 75 Jahre alt und habe nicht mit diesem Wahnsinn gerechnet !!

Eine feine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns im Januar 2023 sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, die wirklich perfekt und modern eingerichtet ist. Architekt und Innenausstatter haben sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Handwerklich ist alles sauber verarbeitet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße ist die Schalldämmung der Wohnung perfekt. Die Heizung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Beleuchtung ist mit Raffinessen ausgestaltet. Schnell erreicht man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Parkmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen Parkhaus ist ideal. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Gern werden wir hier wieder Quartier beziehen.

Kurzurlaub Ostsee

Wir haben die 2 Übernachtung sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung was gut. Man hat sich schnell zurecht gefunden. Die angepriesenden Fernseher haben leider kein Internetzugang und nur den normalen Standard Empfang. Ein Filmabend im Bett wie versprochen war nur bedingt möglich, da wohl das Antennen Kabel ein Wackelkontakt hatte. Ich hoffe das diese Kleinigkeit behoben wird. Wir waren von der Umgebung sehr angetan. Es gab immer ein Parkplatz und saubere Straßen . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Top Wohnung in super Lage

Schnuckelige kleine und sehr neuwertige Wohnung am Rand von Warnemünde. Am Rand ja, aber alles ist fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Der Vermieter kümmert sich perfekt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung war exakt wie im Inserat angegeben. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, es fehlte an nichts. Aus der recht kleinen Souterrain-Wohnung wurde durch geschickte Einrichtung das absolute Optimum herausgeholt. Sie lädt ein zum Wohlfühlen. Der Preis war vergleichsweise sehr günstig. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Innerhalb von knapp 10 Minuten ist der Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Noch schneller ist man im Stadtzentrum. Alles in allem supertolle Tage!
