Everything was on point from the in room ironing board and iron located in closet to the blowdryer i had forgotten to bring and the excellent staff at the front desk 24/7 not to mention the snack bar to grab a soda and chips even an indoor pool and hot tub

The hotel is centrally located. It's close to shopping and has an Applebee's and IHOP across the street. It is a wonderful hotel. It's very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast served in the lobby of huge muffins, donuts, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, ect. The room was well stocked and smelled so clean. Everything was crisp and in top top shape. There is an apartment sized refrigerator and cable with all the movie channels! Overall this stay was a 10 out of 10!

Booked a 1 bed they gave me two which I don’t like and then the shower didn’t work cause for the tub faucet was broken , the air conditioner must of been leaking cause the carpet was wet and smelled like mildew asked to be switched to another room which they couldn’t do till the next day , next day went to the new room still 2 beds which was not what was agreed on the sink had only boiling hot water could wash my face or brush my teeth unless we used the water from the shower very unsatisfied

Room key entry to the side door was not functional and you could just open the door and sneak in. Caught random sketch ball people inside and they just said sorry and left.. not secure but the room was fine. Location was convenient but clearly quality was sliding down hill since the last time I stayed there under previous ownership.

Given the outward appearance of the place, the room was surprisingly nice, spacious, & clean. This was the nicest room I had in a string of 5 "less costly" rooms on a road trip. If they would clean up the halls & exterior, it would be a great place - I could see families settling in for a couple days, easily. It seems like they were in mid-remodel, but even so. The discarded bed & mattress propped against the wall for the 2 days I was there, the piles of construction debris outside the main entrance - plus the poor condition of the hallway carpets made every trip from the parking lot to the room less than optimal. Everywhere but the room was just what you'd expect for the cheapest price in town. My room faced the main street through town, so a little street noise, but not too bad. The large fridge was nice (again - families on a budget would appreciate it). The quality of the room was an unexpected bonus.
