I LOVE staying here!! Worth every single penny!! The breakfast is a little boring, that’s the only minor complaint I have. Rooms are always spotless, hot tub is HUGE and always operating, staff is always friendly and welcoming. Some of the best rates around too!!

Room poorly designed. Only one “big” towel, one a little smaller, two hand. Floor/rug felt soggy. No plug for devices at desk, overhead door light needed to be on for desk lamp to work. Charging plug ins on nightstand didn’t work. Lamps on nightstand hard to turn on. No full length mirror, though the bathroom had a three way sort of above the corner sink. Weird television as far as how the channel menu was displayed, and description of what was showing was inaccurate. Pool door was a fight to get open. Hot breakfast was good, Bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillows. Staff overall friendly and helpful. Decor very cabiny, though showing signs of aging.

Interesting that you have to be your own tech person at the request of staff because they’re not “tech-y” to get the in room equipment operational (tv failed). The solution from the staff was to try to fix it ourselves and leave a review since it was already brought to management attention. In addition to tv failure, sink and coffee in room were also not usable. Was rather disappointed with the quality of in room amenities.

For an older property they have stayed up on maintenance and repairs. Room had a nice clean smell and the breakfast was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Staff were very friendly and engaging. I only have 4 stars environmentally because I think they should move from styrofoam to paper plates, cups and bowls but the rooms had nice dispensers for soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Shower was very nice.

We liked the location. The only downside was there wasn’t enough seating for breakfast. A lot of people had to take food back to their rooms. We were lucky enough to go to the bar area to sit which was in another area. Oh and there was only one waffle maker which I heard several people say they should have at least one more.

Came in late and desk Agent was sitting on the couches in lobby watching tv. She did promptly help us when we walked in. Room was adorable and loved the theme of the hotel. My fiancé complained about the bed being hard but he complains about most beds. Breakfast was plentiful and kept us fed for the morning.
