New Rotonda 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Single-Family Pool Home

Welcome to your home away from home! This newly quality-built home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, swimming pool & a hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a split bedroom home, with two master suites with king size beds in both, and the third is a nice size guest bedroom with twin beds. Both master suites have flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasures, as well as the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, and granite countertops. Lots of storage and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. For those of you who can’t leave work behind, there is a home office as well. Close the doors and enjoy your vacation home office. Open the sliding glass doors for a panoramic view of the pool which over looks a pond. Tile flooring throughout the house. If you like to bike ride, 2 bikes have been provided, as well as beach chairs and coolers. Linens and towels are also provided.

Relish sun bathing by the pool or take a short drive to either Englewood Public Beach or to Boca Grande, both are approx. 25-minute drive depending on traffic. Rotonda West is known for it’s amazing golf courses! There are 5 golf courses located within Rotonda West, and more are only a short drive away throughout Englewood & Port Charlotte. Rotonda Community Park is located only a mile away. There is a playground for the children to enjoy, nature walk, tennis courts, bike trails, and places to BBQ.

Local grocery store is approx. 5 miles away, with a convenience store within 3 miles. The Port Charlotte Town Center Mall has many name brand stores for your shopping pleasure and is approx. 20 minutes away. Many local businesses, and farmer markets are located near downtown Englewood, near Dearborn street.

All you need to do is bring your suit cases and start enjoying paradise.

Beautiful home and very clean. Love the lanai/pool/hot tub. We love the area too. Not too crowded or commercialized but still some great restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the mornings. We loved our stay.

Beautiful Stay

This was a beautiful stay. Everything was immaculate, each room was very spacious with their own bathroom, pool & hot tub stayed at a comfortable temperature and the beach was 10minutes. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

We found the property way and above our expectations! The rooms are huge and well appointed; the kitchen is full of unexpected extras. My grandson and son-in-law LIVED in the pool. All in all - a superb vacation stay.

The house was very spacious! More room than just 2 of us needed but enjoyed the layout! Neighborhood was quiet, convenient to golf. Loved the walking path around the Community Park. Pool was well maintained, warm (even in February).

Minor hiccup on check in (thank you covid) that was handled immediately. Otherwise great house (nice AND big). Great pool and spa, well stocked kitchen. Would stay again in a heartbeat . Good golf and running, close to Gasparilla beach.

House was perfect. Very clean. Well furnished. Everything worked. Very nice setting with pool in back on a pond. Jean, the property manager was good to work with. Helpful and responsive but not intrusive.

This home is nicely appointed and has plenty of space and light. The entire house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more dishes and perhaps replace a few of the pans with non-stick surfaces. Overall this is a wonderful new home in a very nice neighborhood!

Beautiful home, very responsive owners/management team

Home was beautiful as shown in photographs. Very clean, plenty of amenities. We had a bit of an issue with internet/tv the first couple of days into our trip but we must say, the response from Jean was always very quick - they worked incredibly hard to get us back online and solve the tv issue as well. We appreciate as well, the owners being involved in trying their best to make the calls needing to be made. We understand these things happen and is likely very rare in this home. We were still able to enjoy this home!
