Situated in peaceful yet convenient Rotonda Lakes this brand new home is now ready for rental.
Tastefully decorated and equipped with all you need to enjoy a Florida vacation.
Great room open floor plan with comfortable leather sofas, cocktail tables and dining area, lead to fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Barstools at the island for casual dining. Large flat smart tv on the wall to enjoy your various apps. There is laundry room off the kitchen with washer, dryer.
Double sliders lead out to the pavered pool area which has good sized pool with a sunbathing ledge and privacy.
The pool can be heated. There are loungers to relax by the pool and also table and chairs for outdoor dining. 
The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own shower room and smart tv on the wall.
The other two guest bedrooms have queen in one and 2 full beds in the other - these bedrooms share a second bathroom.
Double garage, fully air conditioned and nice ceiling fans.
