This property was 4 star. I wanted to give 5 star but vents were in serious need of cleaning. Very dirty. Staff was great and friendly.

Would go back there again close to hot spots no pun intended right next to Geothermal Village and the Te Puia show , Geyser park and center to learn about the culture.

Crappy

Bathroom was dirty, with an old toothbrush and shaver sitting on the soap dispenser. Soap dispenser was empty too. Sink was a bit grimy and needed a good scrub. Housekeeping woke me up twice in the morning and I was desperate for a sleep in. I felt more like a paycheck than a guest.
