This detached holiday home was completed in 2021 and is situated in a wonderfully peaceful residential area, just under 2 km from the lake.

Our sun-drenched, spacious holiday home offers 215 sq m of living space for up to 8 people with every comfort. The exquisite woodwork lends the house a modern yet rustic ambiance. Enjoy the sunshine on the generous terrace. High-quality patio furniture and loungers provide ample space for all guests.

From the terrace and balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Tegernsee Valley, towards the Wallberg and Hirschberg mountains.

You can cozy up by a crackling fire in the spacious living room. The high-quality, custom-designed kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking together. The entrance hall provides direct access to the garage.

Upstairs, you will find four individually designed bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
