The Hotel was close to the train station, across the street. We were trading through Europe by train so this made it very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was the best location to stay. It’s centrally located with a short walk or short enjoyable tram ride. The Central Train Station & Tram station are directly across the street from the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, modern & clean.

It’s a little tricky to describe this experience, but I’ll do my best. Upon arrival, we were placed in Room 106 on the first floor, which was quite noisy. Thankfully, we were later moved to a room on the 10th floor. However, we noticed that the previous guest had spilled water on the bedroom slippers (they were wet when we tried to use them,) and had “borrowed” the hairdryer. Despite these inconveniences, the housekeeping staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with every issue we encountered. Their warmth and helpfulness truly stood out.

Best location and easy to go anywhere since it’s across from the central station. Next to Chinatown and easy to get Chinese food too. Checked in in the early morning and the room was ready; very rare in Netherlands. The room is very nice but only one set of slippers and one bathrobe were provided. Bath salt was missing for one night. The executive lounge provided good service and average food and drinks. Wine glasses were only available to the first nine guests. Guests also need to clean their own table afterwards.

Right across the street from the Central Train Station made is so easy to walk to hotel. Walkable to shopping and so many great restaurants. Room was large and clean and staff was very nice.
