I had a family funeral I had to attend in the UK so unfortunately we weren’t able to make our stay, I tried to change the date or cancel but was told it couldn’t be done, so we’ve now lost over $1,000. I would have thought some empathy and common sense should have prevailed. I will never stay on Rottnest again. Absolutely disgusted with your ruthless and heartless customer service.

A date change was offered and we are still happy to do this, however as you booked with Expedia, the request will need to come through your travel agent and we will do the necessary from our end. Discovery park was fantastice, the service at the front desk was Excellant, the lady with round spectacles was incredible, we got upgraded without a charge.Rooms have lovely decor. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Pinky was an epic fail though. The food is terrible, we had the fish which was cooked straight from frozen, just yuk. French guy at pinky was very helpful. The beach at the resort is sensational, snorkling was awesome.

We loved our stay. Early check in was available. Our tent was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was outstanding!

Our tent was clean and comfortable. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the sunset and sunrise as well as watching the quokkas in the gardens.
The property was is an amazing location with a quick walk to the beaches and lighthouse.
There is a bar and Pinkies restaurant on site and food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was 10/10.
Will definitely be returning.
