Located on the second floor of a quiet building on a tree-lined street, this apartment features a fully equipped open kitchen leading to a comfortable living room. You will also enjoy a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a private parking space within the secure residence, included at no extra cost.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a TV. The kitchen has all the essentials and appliances needed to prepare meals: extractor hood, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, etc. The kitchen bar is perfect for enjoying your dishes. The bathroom also includes a washing machine, while the bedroom offers a double bed for restful nights.

Bed and bath linens are provided for your comfort. We remind you that a private parking space is included in the rental. The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask guests to take care of the apartment, respect the property, and the neighbors. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.

For extra flexibility, an early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a one-time fee of €10, subject to availability and prior agreement with our team.

Line T2: also provides easy access to the street depending on your starting point.

2. TEOR (East-West Rouen Transport)

Lines T1, T2, and T3: high-frequency buses with dedicated lanes to avoid city traffic.

The TEOR stops right at the end of the street, offering fast access to key areas of Rouen.

3. Cycling

Rouen has bike lanes and a bike-sharing service called Cy’clic.

The Seine Véloroute is also an excellent option for exploring the city by bike, connecting many districts.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be more challenging for guests with reduced mobility or those carrying large luggage.

Check-in is self-service from 4:00 PM for your convenience, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM.

This property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We provide:

Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and one large towel per guest

Essential toiletries for your first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)

A welcome kit (garbage bags, sponge, dishwashing liquid)
