Location is good in relation to SPAC. It’s quiet peaceful.

They were small but included everything we needed. Even tv cable small fridge, bath was clean enough as was the tube. There is a mildewy smell but its basically a shed made into two flats... with ac on it wasnt noticable. The sheet and such all were clean fresh.. for knight night it was fine.

A bit on the rustic side but it was clean and comfortable. The grounds were green and pleasant. The owner was very pleasant and helpful

Love the Round Lake area. Quiet & reasonably convenient to Saratoga. Innkeeper bent over backwards to accommodate us regarding check-in; check-out, etc. No complaints & would recommend to others--especially during high season at the track.
