Bozanstven pogled na more i Rovinj - Najlespi balkon u gradu!

Zaista nam je bilo prijatno u apartmanu Al Porto u kome smo bili pre 4 godine. Udobnost i enterijer vrlo dobri, opremljenost je jednostavna ali dovoljna za ugodan boravak. Zahvalni smo Agenciji i domacici na ljubaznosti, najverovatnije bi opet dosli u isti apartman. Slobodan i Ruzica Prodanovic iz Beograda

Für nicht-Kocher und wenig-Schläfer geeignet

Positiv: die Wohnung ist recht groß und auch bei mehr Lärm am Hafen immer noch angenehm ruhig. Bis auf den Polsterfund (Anmerkung weiter unten) war sie wirklich sehr, sehr sauber! das Putzpersonal leistet eine top-Dienst! Negativ: Wer wenig Wert legt auf funktionelles Inventar und angenehmen Schlafkomfort ist mit der Wohnung gut bedient. Matratze im Doppelzimmer mit Rückenschmerz-Garantie, leider wurde auch ein sehr gelb-fleckiger-durchschwitzter Polster im Schrank gefunden, sodass wir dann weder den Schrank, noch die anderen Polster benutzten. Duschkabine hüpft aus der Führung, Klobrille teilweise kaputt. Küche: Kein scharfes Messer vorhanden (man kann weder Brot noch Gemüse damit aufschneiden), größte Pfanne hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 12cm und somit nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Insgesamt sind die Töpfe für einen 4-Personenhaushalt zu klein (außer einem Nudeltopf). Backofen nicht vorhanden, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, Schloss der Haustür lässt sich nur mit einem Schlüssel unter erschwerten Umständen öffnen. Nachteil ist auch der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz, da man mit sämtlichen Gepäck doch eine Viertelstunde gehen muss um dann bei einem "günstigeren" Parkplatz parken zu können. Dies ist aber überall im Stadtzentrum so, von daher sollte man sich diesen Umstand generell vor der Buchung überlegen. Dafür hat man den Vorteil von Lokalen und Geschäften umgeben zu sein und muss diesbezüglich nirgendwo hinfahren. Die Wohnung ist daher ideal für Menschen, die auswärts essen und wenig im Haus verweilen.

It was CLEAN! Good location, parking is like a disaster but it is not up to the apartment, it is Rovinj :) You have to hunt for a parking spot. But the apartment, and the view from the balcony is priceless :)

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat az apartmanban, köszönjük szépen! A konyha jól felszerelt, a kilátás remek, a szállás tiszta! A szállásadó rugalmas, segítőkész, parkolásban is tudott hasznos útmutatót adni. Szerettünk itt lenni, Rovinj csodálatos! :)

Unbeatable location

Our stay was great, the location is splendid if you’re looking for that Old Town charm. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities necessary, the only thing missing is wifi. Wish the balcony was bigger,but that can’t be helped- the view is great. The bed is not very comfy, but overall a great stay.
