A cute apartment for two in a renovated Istrian villa surrounded by greenery, lots of flowers a park and a swimming pool that measures 10x5 meters and is shared with other guests on the property. If you don't like crowds and noise in the tourist season, then this is the apartment for you.
The apartment has a kitchen, living/dining space, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom.
Within a radius of two hundred meters there is a restaurant that offers several types of cuisine, from autochthonous Istrian dishes, fish specialties to pizza and barbecue.
There is also a super market and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.
The city of Rovinj, the pearl of Istria, and the nearest beaches are 6 km away.
The property in which the apartment is located is completely fenced, full of flowers and greenery, and is set back from the main roads so that the only thing you can hear is the chirping of birds.

A Pleasant Apartment

This was a pleasant apartment which had direct access to the lovely pool and gardens. The bedroom was spacious and had a large comfortable bed and the apartment had many personal touches which gave it a homely ambience. Melinda was an excellent host who allowed us to check in 5 hours early and who contacted us by phone to make sure all was ok. Although the kitchen was functional it was small and was disappointingly equipped.

Leuk vakantieparkje voor prima prijs

Op het eerste gezicht was ons appartement bij Country Club Rovinsjko Selo wat oudbollig en het ligt wat verstopt in het dorpje. De inrichting en lay out van ons verblijf oogde toch wat gek, alsof je in het souterrain van een bedrijf was. Echter na een dag konden we daar doorheen kijken en viel op hoeveel werk er gemaakt was om het een gezellig en goed uitgerust parkje te maken. Badkamer, bedden, WiFi zijn prima. Keuken is oke maar niet meer dan dat. Graag hadden we iets meer privacy gehad mbt re ramen.. maar ach je bent tot avonds laat buiten en op pad. Gastvrouw Melinda was erg attent en vriendelijk, communicatie met de eigenaar Marko was prima maar we hebben hem verder niet gezien. Zoek je een prettig verblijf waar je ook kan zijn als je even niet op pad wilt dan is het zeker een aanrader. Hou je van een zekere kneuterigheid en hoef je geen modern comfort dan zit je goed. Wij hebben het fijn gehad, voor een zeer redelijke prijs.

It was a very lovely apartment. The kitchen had the necessary utilities, the bedroom was super nice. Overall was clean and working. I would definitely recommend this place because it is outside of the noisy. Supermarket was 4 min walking distance and beach area 10 minutes by car. Not forgetting to mention : they have a great swimming pool and the host is very friendly

we stayed here for 11 days. the communication beforehand with host marko was excellent and check-in also went very well. We were well received by Melinda who accompanied us to house no.1. The cottage was equipped with a small kitchenette and air conditioning. How things worked was well explained. Every day we were asked if we needed anything and we were even provided with better chairs that we gratefully used. On our last evening they came to say goodbye to us and as a gift we even received a pot of homemade honey because they thought we were special guests ;-) This accommodation is definitely recommended, a supermarket and a nice restaurant are within walking distance. Rovinj is only 8 minutes away by car.
