Nice, classic hotel. Only negative was the TV didn't work right. Remotes didn't work. Street noise was pretty bad.

The Hotel location is excellent in the heritage zone.Staff were very helpful .from front desk to bellboy to cleaners I love the hotel decorations.Washroom is clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s haunted (you will hear strange things at night) but otherwise an amazing place to stay and the staff are super friendly :)

Rooms located upstairs may not be friendly for seniors. An elevator maybe necessary. I like the food served during breakfast. I was able to sleep well.

The building is too old. The bathroom lots of black ants crawling around on the sink and on the floor. I stayed for 5 days or nights they clean only 1 time the bedroom. The bathtowels is very2 old and there’s a hole ,no hand towel and face towel. There’s a crack bet the wall and door it’s scary and unsafe . This is my bad experiences to stay in hotel.

The place was clean, quiet and safe. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, the property is already old.

I paid through Expedia for two rooms (a single and a double occupancy) but when we got to the hotel we told at the front desk that Expedia only reserved for one double. I showed the receptionist my confirmation and requested them to confirm with Expedia. Once in the room the front called to say that I need to pay for the other room which I did. I requested Expedia to look at into this matter but was told they cannot reach the hotel management. I’ve been using Expedia for the last decade and I have a gold status. So far I never had an experience like this. Can anyone help me get my refund.

Apologies for the late reply, Expedia called us 3 times and we also explain to them what happen to your booking. because they booked us one room only under your name. i asked them your Acct. number for us to make a refund , or if possible you can give us your email address for us to send you a message and confirmed your bank acct. details. The hotel itself is ok. No frills staff are accommodating. The most important factor is it’s location. In the center. Walkable to plaza, church, public market and various restaurant. It’s also easy to get transport,
