Great experience for first visit to Leamington

Friendly staff. Room very clean and tidy. Good choice for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble.plenty of parking at no charge.

Food was very good. We selected a small double as we knew we would not be spending much time n the room. The room was like a furnace and could only just crack the window. There was a window looking into our room so we had to keep the blackout curtains drawn! Did not sleep at all due to the heat. We booked a family room for a night's stay and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, looks like it was recently redecorated. Only negative is the single pane windows. Staff were friendly and helpful, quick check in and check out. Free parking, which was great. Can walk into Leamington quite easily. The breakfast wasn't bad. The eggs weren't great but the rest was nice. I would return to stay in the same room if in the area again. Other rooms, look to be quite small but couldn't comment further on that.

Can't recommend staying here.

The venue is tired and run down, the exterior is uninviting, the staff are friendly and helpful, overall I can't recommend staying there. It's single glazed so the room was very hot, there's no AC, you do get a fan, but it's not really up to the job. The bathroom really lack privacy, but was nicely fitted out.
