Appartement récent, bien agencé, mobilier de bon goût, contemporain, mais pas de patères, ni d'armoire. Mal insonorisé. Il faudrait une porte entre la pièce à vivre et les chambres

Grand appartement avec très belle vue . Au top ! . Réserve pour la mauvaise réception TV , pour les portes fenêtres impossibles à verrouiller , pour la bascule douchette/ pommeau que nous n'avons pas compris , une lampe de chevet hs , et surtout pour ne pas avoir de contact avec le loueur. Aucun n de téléphone en cas de problème (exemple perte de la clé , demande d'explication , incident ) . Sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

Excellente Location

Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine dans cette location et nous avons été très satisfaits.Tout correspondait au descriptif Abritel, en particulier la vue, qui est une véritable vue mer — aucun mensonge à ce sujet. L'ascenseur est aussi un vrai plus.Nous n’avons pas eu de contact direct avec le propriétaire, mais les instructions envoyées par mail avant notre arrivée étaient claires, précises et faciles à suivre.Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés pour un peu plus de confort au quotidien, mais rien de rédhibitoire.Nous recommandons en tous points cette location.

Appartement refait entièrement, moderne, bien équipé et bien situé avec une belle vue sur la plage.Pas de place de parking réservée mais en mars nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour se garer à proximité.

Super location !

Cet appartement est vraiment super et très propre pour passer un séjour à Royan !Idéalement situé, face à la mer, il offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est mal insonorisé et on entends beaucoup les voisins.Je recommande néanmoins cette location les yeux fermés !
