L'appartement est fantastique! Il est très spacieux, très éclairé, la vue sur la mer est formidable!. Points négatifs : séchoir beaucoup trop petit pour 4 personnes, les couteaux qui ne coupent pas, passoire avec des gros trous qui laissaient passer riz, pâtes etc....superbe situation, proche de tout. Gros inconvénient qui, n'est pas imputable au propriétaire, beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit avec des rassemblements au bas des fenêtres. Pas top au niveau repos. Dommage car l'appartement est idéalement situé

Séjour agréable, mais appartement pas au top. Fuite dans une salle de bain (wc et lavabo) obligation d'acheter une serpliere,refoulement de l'eau dans la douche si 2 couples faisaient la toilette en meme temps.fenetre ne fermant pas correctement et si vent tres fort sifflement en permanence et tres désagreable, volet de salle à manger de descendant pas correctement, manque de miroir dans les chambres.poubelle exterieur non vidé pendant notre séjour.voila

Une vue imprenable sur la baie

Nous sommes ravis ! Nous cherchions un lieu de séjour permettant de vivre en famille un beau moment. L'emplacement de l'appartement surplombant la baie de Royan nous a conquis. Parfait pour profiter de l'atmosphère du littoral, à deux pas du centre.

Magnifique

Magnifique appartement situé au dernier etage face la grande plage. Très agréable de manger sur la terrasse. Très bien équipé et très propre. Le propriétaire était disponible avant notre arrivé pour répondre a nos questions. Je recommande !
